About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who is the perfect hybrid of a "Tech-Wizard" and a "Creative Implementer." You will work directly with our Marketing Director to maintain a high-growth ecosystem. This isn't just about "posting to social media"—it’s about managing sophisticated automations in Keap, building high-converting checkouts in Spiffy, and ensuring our Power Circle clients have a seamless experience in Kajabi.

Core Responsibilities

Note: Responsibilities and tasks are scheduled by a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan and will be slowly released over time.

  • **Marketing Systems & Tech Mastery**
  • + Keap (Infusionsoft): Build, maintain, and optimize automations, tags, and email campaigns. + Launch Tech: Set up products and checkout pages in Spiffy; create landing pages and opt-ins in Leadpages. + Chat Automations: Configure and troubleshoot ManyChat for Messenger and Instagram. + Kajabi & Vimeo: Manage the backend of our digital programs, including uploading weekly recordings and updating course modules.

  • **Creative Content & Scheduling**
  • + Design: Use Canva and company templates to design branded graphics for social, email, and sales pages. + Content Repurposing: Take long-form content (like podcasts) and transform them into Reels, Stories, and carousels. + Distribution: Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and our email marketing platforms. + Web Maintenance: Keep the website clean by updating links (e.g., TedX talks, book links) and removing phased-out offers.

  • **Program Delivery & Client Support**
  • + Onboarding/Offboarding: Execute automated welcome sequences, group invites, and access links for new clients. + Engagement Spaces: Set up and moderate "pop-up" Facebook and Telegram groups for specific events and campaigns. + Reminders: Ensure clients never miss a beat by scheduling reminders for calls and replay availability.

  • **Operations & Performance Tracking**
  • + Reporting: Track KPIs including email engagement, funnel conversions, and campaign results. + Organization: Maintain a meticulously organized Google Drive and Dropbox. + Efficiency: Identify manual processes that can be automated to improve team speed.
