About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist who functions as a true Thought Partner. This is not a role for a generalist or a junior assistant. We need a seasoned expert who can walk into the 'Thought Leadership Collective,' look at the big picture, and independently map out the road to success.

Core Responsibilities

• **Campaign Architecture & Strategy**: Design and oversee complete marketing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint—from the initial ad to the final sale—is intentional and cohesive.
• **Messaging & Content Positioning**: Provide expert direction on messaging angles for email marketing and social media, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn authority building.
• **High-Level Project Management**: Oversee the creative and technical team members to ensure all assets (graphics, copy, web) are delivered on time and at a high level of quality.
