  • Mission: To act as the technical and administrative "backbone" for a wellness and spiritual brand, specifically leading a total migration and management of our ecosystem into our GoHighLevel-based platform (Ivorey CRM).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Systems-Savvy Executive Assistant who isn't just a task-taker, but a builder. Your primary objective in the first 90 days will be a complete data and asset migration. You will be responsible for moving our entire business—website, courses, and client data—into Ivorey CRM (powered by GHL). Beyond the tech migration, you will manage the heartbeat of our brand: the Goddess Guidance App and our Podcast. This role requires a blend of meticulous administrative organization, video editing skills, and high-level CRM architecture.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a "Technical Architect" who loves the logic of a well-oiled CRM but also has the creative eye to edit a beautiful Reel. You thrive in the MST timezone and are looking for a role where your work directly impacts the growth and organization of a spiritual/wellness mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. **GHL / IVOREY CRM ARCHITECTURE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**

  • Migration: Lead the migration of all client and business data, courses, and hosting into the Ivorey CRM.
  • Web Design: Recreate and optimize our existing website within the Ivorey platform.
  • CRM Management: Build out workflows to track leads, touchpoints, and lead sources.
  • App Management: Manage updates for the Goddess Guidance App, including uploading podcasts and updating features like daily affirmations, moon cycle tracking, and cycle-syncing resources.
  • 2. **PODCAST PRODUCTION & GUEST MANAGEMENT**

  • Video Editing: Edit full podcast episodes including intros, outros, and subtitles.
  • Repurposing: Trim full episodes into high-engagement Reels/Shorts for social media.
  • Guest Concierge: Manage the end-to-end guest experience:
  • Sending official invites and managing calendar links for pre-calls and recordings.
  • Collecting guest bios/assets.
  • Sending post-show "thank you" kits with promotional links.
