Logistics Summary Rate: $7 - $8 USD per hour Location: Remote (Philippines-based) working US Timezone Schedule: Part-time (10–15 hours per week) About the Role We are seeking a high-level Online Business Manager (OBM) to partner with a physician and Integrative Medicine Coach. Our founder blends Eastern and Western practices to help millennials manage stress and reclaim their health. Because she balances a clinical career with her coaching business and family, she needs an OBM who can function as a true "integrator." This is a strategic role for someone who can take a phy|\sician's expertise and package it into digital products, high-converting emails, and a cohesive social media brand. You aren't just checking off tasks; you are helping build the infrastructure for a business that bridges the gap between medicine and mindfulness. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Product & Content Strategy Kajabi Management: Taking full ownership of the Kajabi ecosystem—from setting up the backend to managing course delivery and member access. Product Development Support: Helping develop and organize digital assets, specifically supporting the creation and distribution of self-hypnosis audio tracks and guided meditations. Workshop Development: Assisting in the creation of professional presentations and workbooks for upcoming workshops. 2. Marketing & Growth Engine Funnel Execution: Launching and optimizing the existing Quiz Funnel lead magnet to drive list growth. Email Marketing: Writing and managing nurture sequences that convert leads into high-level coaching clients. Social Media Management: Content creation and batch processing for Instagram (targeting the "Millennials and up" demographic) to grow the current following through intentional, high-value posting. Web Oversight: Coordinating with the nearly completed Squarespace site to ensure a seamless client journey. 3. Business Operations Business Strategy: Partnering with the founder to plan launches and refine the overall business roadmap. Time Management: Acting as a "gatekeeper" and project manager to ensure business goals are met despite the founder’s limited weekly availability. System Documentation: Building workflows so the business can scale from one-on-one coaching to digital products effectively. Qualifications Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Kajabi and Squarespace. Marketing Savvy: Proven experience in email marketing, funnel logic, and social media growth strategies. Creative Technical Skills: Experience or comfort with audio file management (for meditations) and presentation design. Niche Interest: A genuine interest in integrative medicine, holistic health, or personal development is a significant plus. The Ideal Candidate You are a "Strategic Doer."
