Position Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to drive traffic, engagement, and product adoption through digital marketing and experimentation. This role will report to our Chief Innovation & Philanthropy Officer as part of our broader innovation and product initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience running SEO, CRO, paid search, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong ability to translate product features into both clear messaging and creative that data you gather can demonstrate will resonate with our target audience
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance and running experiments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Bonus experience:

  • Experience marketing data platforms or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or social impact sectors
  • Experience working with AI or data-driven products

Responsibilities

  • Audience Growth - 30%: Drive growth in website traffic and product signups through digital campaign management and collaboration with product and research on conversion rate optimization efforts, content distribution, and channel prioritization.
