Zebra is in search of qualified, part-time employees to assist in the day-to-day operational support of its football clients and this is a great opportunity for those seeking first-hand and introductory experience in sports while pursuing an education. Work up to 15 hours a week.

Responsibilities

As a member of Zebra’s Practice Support Team, the Specialist will work closely with the Sports Client Services and Operations team to provide remote technical support for Zebra’s player tracking system for practices. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Participate in practice and venue system monitoring, problem resolution, and practice support.
  • Perform data analysis tasks using Zebra internal tools to execute live and post data audits.
  • Monitor internal Zebra platform for 100% up-time for use by client teams.
  • Cross-functionally interact with Zebra engineering to troubleshoot real-time system
