Job Overview

Dex Imaging is a leading provider of document handling equipment and services with multiple offices and locations throughout the United States. We are looking for a part-time, remote Service Support Representative to handle Tier 1 customer calls.

Job Details

  • Up to 29 hours per week
  • Work from home with all necessary tools provided
  • Starting pay: $20 per hour
  • Must have a reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voice mails, emails, and alerts
  • Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times
  • Work with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management
  • Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems
  • Ability to empathize with customers is critical
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
