Product Manager, Dairy Predictive Solutions

Position: Product Manager – Dairy Predictive Solutions Location: Remote We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Dairy Predictive Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of our cutting-edge software platforms that combine genetic testing, advanced algorithms, and complex data analytics to deliver actionable insights for dairy producers worldwide. Our solutions leverage cattle phenotype data, environmental factors, and proprietary algorithms to help dairy farmers optimize herd management, improve productivity, and make data-driven decisions that impact their operations. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the product roadmap for Dairy Predictive Solutions platforms Identify market opportunities and customer needs through deep engagement with dairy producers, industry experts, and stakeholders Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer value Partner with marketing to develop compelling product messaging and content for GTM Product Development & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product design, and domain experts to deliver innovative solutions Translate complex genetic and algorithmic insights into intuitive, user-friendly platform features Prioritize feature development based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimization Customer & Market Focus Build deep understanding of dairy producer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes Collaborate with commercial teams to gather customer and internal feedback to improve user experience Conduct market/user research and competitive analysis to maintain product leadership Act as the voice of the customer within the organization Data & Technology Integration Work closely with data scientists and algorithm developers to integrate predictive models into platform experiences Ensure seamless integration of our scientific technology with platform insights Drive innovation in data visualization and insight delivery to maximize user comprehension and action Collaborate on data quality, accuracy, and validation processes Required Qualifications: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, AgTech, or data analytics platforms Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products Strong understanding of data-driven products and predictive analytics Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environments Outstanding communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: Background in dairy science, livestock management, or agricultural operations Experience with genetic testing, genomics, or precision agriculture solutions Knowledge of cattle phenotypes, breeding programs, and herd management practices Familiarity with machine learning applications in agriculture Technical background with understanding of software architecture and APIs Existing network within the dairy industry What We're Looking For: Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities Customer-obsessed mindset with empathy for dairy producer challenges Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity in complex problem spaces Passion for leveraging technology to improve animal health outcomes Collaborative leader who can influence without authority The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000 - $151,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
