About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst Intern to join our Marketing team this summer! The Marketing Data Analyst Intern will support the Enterprise Marketing and Growth Marketing teams. The role will focus on marketing analysis, campaign optimization, competitive research, and marketing operations initiatives that support demand generation and account-based marketing strategies across key segments including k-12, employers, and health plans.
Internship Details
- Duration: June 1st, 2026 - August 21st, 2026
- Commitment: 20 hours per week
- Projects: You'll work on 2-3 key initiatives, with one serving as your final deliverable.
- Compensation: Our compensation policy ensures a minimum of $15/hour or the legally required local minimum wage, whichever is greater, to maintain fairness across regions.
- Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Talkspace mentor to guide you throughout the program.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing strategy, including evaluating campaign performance, marketing offers, and lead generation initiatives
- Analyze marketing, sales, and CRM data to identify trends in customer behavior, buying patterns, and successful deal attributes
- Support marketing operations initiatives including organizing and optimizing HubSpot workflows, assets, and processes
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to evaluate positioning, messaging, and differentiation within key target markets such as K-12
- Develop insights and recommendations that inform marketing strategy, targeting, messaging, and account-based marketing
