About the Role
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment process within an organization by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. The role involves collaborating with Sr Talent Acquisition Partner to understand job requirements, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates for various positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking tools
- Assist with onboarding and offer letter preparation
- Support the team with other administrative recruitment tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced culture and change priorities as needed and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching) and ability to engage talent in the marketplace
- Demonstrate good judgment, have excellent organization skills, and strong attention to detail
