About the Role
We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop.
Responsibilities
- Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
- Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
- Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
- Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation
Requirements
- Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!)
- Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Tech-savvy and organized while working independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Perks & Pay
- Weekly Pay
- Training: $15/hr → $17.50–$20/hr once fully onboarded
- Bonuses: $1,000–$3,000+ weekly potential (based on performance)
