About the Role

We’re seeking passionate part-time licensed therapists who want flexibility, strong compensation, and meaningful clinical work—all from the comfort of home. Compensation

💰 $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed) 💰 $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision) Target caseload: 15–22 sessions per week

Responsibilities

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians
• Complete timely documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination

Qualifications

✅ Qualifications include:

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
